It’s the rarest, highest graded, and most valuable football card collection in the world and this weekend fans will be able to see it on display at the Football Hall of Fame.  The Hunt/Casterline football collection is a one of a kind collection

Football Hall of Fame

Football Hall of Fame

put together by Robert Casterline and business partner Dan Hunt, it includes a Rookie card of every member in the football Hall of Fame and shows no sign of completion.

“This collection is going to grow,” explained Casterline. “Every year there is going to be new Hall of Fame players. The thing that is organic about this collection, it can grow for the next 500, 5000 years. Hopefully my children will take up the cause.”

The card exhibition is the first thing you see as you walk in the doors, as its set up in the hall’s exhibit gallery located adjacent to the museum’s grand entrance. The exhibit is free with paid admission to the Hall of Fame. For a complete schedule of Hall of Fame events click here.

Leaf Trading Cards has filed a lawsuit against soon to be No. 1 Pick Andrew Luck. This all started when the former Stanford QB’s attorney issued a cease and desist letter demanding that Leaf stop selling cards showing Luck when he played in the 2008 U.S. Army All-American Bowl because they infringed on Luck’s publicity rights, but as we know from other lawsuits like the Topps Buzz Aldrin’s moonwalk suit, Luck should have no luck in this one.  Leaf Trading Cards added in a statement that they were “disappointed that it was forced to submit this matter to the judicial system.”
